I saw they did MTG so when I showed up my first time everything was pretty good in terms of the other players. The second time I showed up none of the other players were there and I asked if the event was still going on and the lady working there rudely told me as if I was bothering her that apparently on their Facebook they posted it was canceled for today. I was still new so of course I didn't even know they had a Facebook page so for her to be so rude and act like I was an idiot for asking one question was uncalled for. I didn't know a place could be so mean to new customers and still be around.

Been there a few times. Really nice people. They helped me out alot with a bunch of random M.T.G. questions. Also very reasonable prices on boosters and singles. I cant say enough great things about them. Also heard there events are amazing.

Been there once or twice - owners are always in, approachable, quick to offer help if it's your first time there.
You can also go to play games there; I know they do regular Magic tournaments, have access to tables for tabletop strategies like 40k or Warmachine (as well as a huge assortment of custom boards), a wall dedicated to board games, another dedicated to arcades... this place has it all.
If you visit a few times, the owners will recognize you; the gaming community there is pretty friendly, too (I've been invited to a board game or two just for being there - great ice-breakers!).
And yes, they're the same people that run TempleCon (which is how I met them).

Ultra-friendly staff and a great atmosphere, especially the restored pinball machines!

You can't go wrong here. everyone is nice, the owners are great people and the regulars are just a riot. ask about templecon and see if you can "help fight the good fight" as my favorite radio host would say.
